Finished commission will be posted on most every social media I have!
I remain the right to use it in my portfolio/commission opening posts/etcFeel free to:
• Ask me to postpone posting in case the commission was a gift to a certain date / etc
• Modify your commission in any way

It may cost extra fee depending on the majority of change, but I usually do it completely for free :3
I keep all my files saved and draw on separate layers so in 99% of the times I'm able to tweak your comm however you'd like!

✿ Ordering ✿

- How do I commission?DM me on Instagram/Discord to get started!1. Send me a ref/pic of your character and tell me what kind of commission you would like to get2. I'll ask you some question about your piece and will set a deadline date - the final day I should deliver your commission!3. I'll get you a link to pay, and after successfull payment you'll get a link to my To-Do where you could see your queue

✿ Process ✿

- How does it work?Once I started to work on your commission, I'll send you WIPs where you can do changes and edits in your comm!
Step 1: Rough sketch
Step 2: Clean sketch / lineart & colorsFree changes can be done on every single step in it's time!
Major changes / changes of sketch when the work is on lineart / colors might cost extra

✿ Payment & Deadline ✿

- How do I pay?Payment: Lava.top, 100% upfront

If Lava.top won't work for you - direct PayPal/Ko-Fi payments can be done with +10% fee}Why can't I do any other methods?
I'm Russian and any PayPal/card/etc transfers to international banks/systems are banned for us, and Lava is now one of the only available method for me :(
However, with help of my middleman I can do direct PayPal & Ko-Fi payments!
But that's for exceptional cases only as it costs me service feeDeadline: 1-6 weeks, depending on my workload
After payment you'll get a link to my To-Do where you can watch your queue :3

• Queue

✿ Refund Policy ✿

First things first: because of my payment method I can't do direct refunds - Lava works as a middlemand and only holds the funds for it's user, allowing only to withdraw them to Visa and Russian cardsHowever! I can do refunds in exceptional cases, which are:
1. Expired deadline - if I won't manage to get your commission in time - you'll get your money back depending on the amount of work done

The last time it happened I believe was back in 2021, so rest asured I'm super responsible about deadlines!
I can ask to extend the deadline in VERY situational cases like if I'd broke my arm or smth and I always inform about it :"D

2. Paying a bigger amount then you wanted to - sometimes technical issues happen or you might accidentaly type a wrong amount, and if that happens - I'll get your money back or will offer commissions options instead, depending on your choice first of all !_{In both cases I can get your money back by withdrawing them to your card (I'll have to ask full card info except CVC, which I understand sounds hella fishy xD) or sending them to your PayPal with help of my middleman from their account! If none of these options works for you - unfortunately, the only way I can refund your money is by arts x(}

✿ Adoptables ToS ✿

After purchasing any adopts of mine, you can do whatever you want with them! They're your property now <3
